Little Red Ryland Hood

My mama is the best because she lets me get all messy when I finger paint. I know she wants me to draw on the paper, but I much rather draw on my face and on my clothes.

Never Enough Sleep, Never Enough Time in Cali

Four days is not enough time to spend in California, especially since you lose almost 2 days due to flying. Luckily, we still managed to spend a lot of time with family, attend a great wedding, and eat what we wanted to (for the most part…since my stomach wasn’t feeling too well).

Tiger had a great time and fell right at home with his aunts, cousins, and grandparents. The month of May will be coming sooner than we think and we’ll be glad to be able to spend much more time this next go around.

Video: Smarty Pants

Even though I don’t really like to talk yet, I understand everything my mama and dada says. Sometimes I pretend I don’t understand what they’re saying (like when they tell me to eat my vegetables or when they tell me to go to sleep), but occasionally, I like to show them I’m still a smarty pants.

Cold Weather Equals Runny Nose Equals Time for Cali

Leaps and Bounds

On a day that only occurs every once in four years, Tiger supposedly had a good day at school today. It’s been a tough transition for both Tiger and us when he started school, so it’s great to see him slowly get adjusted to his bi-weekly routine.

For Tiger’s first leap year celebration, we decided to try a restaurant that’s right down the street from us and was pleasantly surprised. In rare form, both mama and I were extremely happy with our selections and actually consider this one of the top places that we’ve eaten at since we’ve moved here.

Great day all around on this 29th of February. Just think, Tiger will be 5 the next time this day rolls around again!

Three’s Company

I love spending time with my mama and dada, especially when they take me out of the house!
