Happy birthday grandma, I miss you!
Love Tiger
What’s better than celebrating your 1st birthday with family and friends in a sunny, yet chilly afternoon in California? Tiger was finally introduced and re-introduced to many of his relatives, some of whom he hasn’t seen since he was 1-month old. Although it must’ve been overwhelming for Tiger, seeing that he usually only sees his mom and dad everyday, he handled the long day extremely well. After singing happy birthday to Tiger, he didn’t pounce onto his chocolate cake as his mom would’ve loved to see him do, but he did get to taste some of the frosting…we’ll see in the upcoming months if Tiger has a sweet tooth like his mama or if he’s more like dada.
Once the party got started, it actually went by very quickly, so quickly that it never seemed to be enough time to catch up with everyone. As we settled in later that night, we couldn’t of been happier with how the party turned out, our friends and family that were at the party and those that sent their best wishes, and overall, definitely couldn’t of asked for a better day to celebrate this milestone with us.
I finally get to spend some quality time with my grandma, grandpa, aunties, uncles, and cousins!
A party for me AND I get to play on the swing? This really is the life!
I’m making this face because I just found out that the NBA is still on strike
In case you forgot, my name is…
My third month went by very, very quickly. Here are a few pictures from the past month just to show everyone how much I’ve grown recently. In the past month, I’ve tried sitting on my own, I got another mohawk haircut from my mama, laughed with my grandma, and received an awesome, hand-made personalized quilt!

Just when my mommy and daddy didn’t think they had anything to worry about, I decided to show them the new trick I learned last week. Please watch my video and pay close attention (at the 0:39 second mark)…you’ll know when I’m ready to go when I put my left arm up!!!

Grandma: Pia, he’s gonna roll over. LOOK! Get your video camera!
Mama: (sitting on the lounge chair eating cookies) No he’s not, Mommy. He’s only 3 months old.
Grandma: He is. haha He’s going to roll. LOOK!
Mama: (looking at Grandma and Tiger) No, he’s not.
*pause*
Mama: (cookie frozen in mid-air, then jumping up off the lounge chair) OMG, MOMMY! HE JUST ROLLED OVER! WAIT, I NEED TO RECORD THIS!
After 4, 2 min videos of trying to record his roll on video, with him refusing and babbling with me instead, he finally rolled over in the 5th one.
