Bah Humbug Scrolls
At Epcot Center, we went in search of every scroll located in each Country (which is harder than you may think). The problem was, two Countries didn’t finish putting up their scrolls (these scrolls are probably for a Christmas event in December). Can anyone guess which two scrolls we’re missing? The second question is, can anyone guess how long it took us to find out that our two remaining scrolls weren’t available for that particular Country?
Sweetness
Tiger loved trick-or-treating! It took him awhile to get over his initial shyness when approaching strangers, but after the fourth or fifth house, he got the hang of it. We ended up trick-or-treating for about an hour, with a quick stop at Starbucks in-between (that was for Daddy). I’ve got to admit…the houses we visited in both Mt. Tabor and Denville were all very welcoming, which made it that much funner for Tiger. Good times!
Monsters at Moonlight
It’s a wonderful time to be a tiger, and even more so for a Monster Tiger. Tiger’s finally old enough to enjoy Halloween, and this year, he even told us what he wanted to be (he originally wanted to be Sully).
Tiger’s school had a Halloween event, so we decided to take him to that so that he can enjoy hanging out with his friends. The night after, we went to our first Moonlight Trail at Van Dyk Montclair to see over 1,000 jack o’lanterns. Although we waited in line for a good amount of time, Tiger was happy to see some of his favorite characters lit-up through the manor.
So far for Halloween, Tiger has been a tiger, a dragon, and now a monster. Any guesses to what he’ll be next year?
Physical Toughness and Heart of Gold
Seeing that I haven’t posted any recent videos of Tiger lately, here are two from this weekend’s trip to Sesame Place.
Just look at the sheer determination and stick-to-it-tiveness!
Even though he’s a sweaty, sticky little boy, he still manages to show his softer side.
Sunny Days
Back to Sesame Place we go, and boy, was it sunny and hot on this 4th of July weekend! The weather was 92 degrees, with 88% humidity…which means although it was a “Sunny Day” at Sesame Place, it wasn’t always true that the, “Air is Sweet”, if you get my drift (pun intended).
Just like the first time in May, Tiger had an awesome time here again and was even able to try a few new things this time around (super “slow” slide, blue mountain climbing, and the water park)!
